Repeat Prescriptions

All repeat prescriptions are computerised and you will be given a request slip listing medications you can order without seeing a doctor.

Requests can be made by ticking the items that you require and handing the slip into the reception desk or sending it by post. You can also follow the link on this page to the online form.

Please allow 48 hours notice for all repeat prescriptions.

You cannot order repeat prescriptions over the phone.

From 1st July, you will no longer be able to order repeat prescriptions over the telphone.  You can order them by either completing right hand side of script and leavingin box in reception, emailing the order to reception.z00529@gp.hscni.net or you can order through the practice website.  Please ensure you have your name, address, Date of Birth and a list of the medication you require.  Thank you.

Prescription charges           

As of April 2010 all prescriptions dispensed in Northern Ireland are now free of charge. You do not need to do anything to qualify for free prescriptions as everyone is automatically entitled.

What will I now pay for prescriptions?

All prescriptions dispensed in Northern Ireland are now free of charge.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
