Appointment Times

Due to Covid-19, we are unable to offer pre booked appointments.  We are offering telephone triage.  Please ring the surgery before 10am if you need to speak to a Doctor.  Our trained receptionists will take your details and you will receive a phone call from the most appropriate team member.  We also have MDT Staff attached to our practice.  They consist of a Physiotherapist, Social Workers and a Mental Health Practitioner. You can make an appointment to speak to or see any of our MDT staff.

URGENT SAME DAY APPPOINTMENTS

If you feel you need seen urgently that day please ring the surgery BEFORE 10AM.

The receptionist will take the details and a GP will ring you back

Home Visits

Requests for a home visit should be made before 10am. Details of the patient's condition must be given to the receptionist so that the doctor can assess the urgency of any visit.

Home visits are for those who are too seriously ill or infirm to be brought to the surgery.

Home visits must only be requested when a patient is unfit to attend the surgery.

Telephone Advice

Except in emergencies, we prefer the doctor not to be interrupted during surgery. If the receptionist is unable to answer your query, or you wish to speak to a doctor, we will give you a time to ring back.
